With apologies to Pete Seeger and in recognition that Medical Cannabis as we have known it just died in Washington.  As of 9 minutes ago, there is no legal medical cannabis available in Washington State for the first time in a heckuva lot of years.  Unfortunate. When Our Medicine Dies

The recent death of wee Alex (who benefitted medicinally from cannabis now and then throughout his 33 years) has released my touchy-feely emotional side well beyond it’s normally-repressed self. I’ve attached  one of my favorite pictures of the little guy in his older years.
