Is Cannabis Paying for Education?

I don’t know if Washington’s State-legal Cannabis market is actually paying for education today,  but the numbers are making me suspect that it clearly could be helping our Legislature to more adequately fund our educational system going forward. Author’s note:  the data below may corrupt children.  21+ only, please. (Please don’t call the number below (unless you have or suspect a poisoning, of course) …as it is likely the real number for the poison control people, since it’s a portion of the logo that they propose for edibles.  If it is a real phone […]

PSA5 – Know Who Your Dollars Support

Reminder to Patients:  This is a FEE-based marketplace, not a Donation-based one.  Where you spend your dollars is, I’d imagine, a very personal decision.  It is also an important one.  It is one with consequence. As of late this past week (13 days into the unified MoM (Market of the Man), approximately 1,400 Washingtonians had signed up and registered in the Patient Database Registry Self-Incrimination System.  Let’s assume they hit 1,500 sick folk by weeks’ end … that implies that 0.028% of the 5.3 million Washingtonians over the age of 21 are […]

As patients being forced to be illegal, be straight, or be monitored and punitively taxed, I thought you should add this into […]

PSA3 – Fair Trade Retailers

Quote from below:  “If you like the idea of having a vibrant and diverse bunch of smaller farmers out there supporting product diversity and development and, simply, artisanal excellence, I’d suggest you give these stores a shot.” As a law-abiding patient now forced to navigate the regulated retail waterways of our State, you may find yourself confused as to where in Washington to best shop for your regulated and highly taxed Cannabis products.   The names taken by the stores are not too helpful there, even though they often evoke good marketing-speak imagery (see […]
